Most standard parts have low MOQs — often from 50–100 pieces depending on the item. Custom-built parts are quoted per project; share your drawing and quantity and we will confirm the minimum.
Can you build parts to my drawings or samples?
Yes — that is our core business. Send a drawing, sketch, photo of a sample, or just key dimensions. We quote, make a sample for your approval, then run production after you confirm.
What are the lead times?
Standard parts typically ship in 2–4 weeks. Custom or made-to-drawing parts depend on complexity — usually 4–8 weeks including sampling. We confirm a firm schedule with every quote.
Do you supply both Australian and US specifications?
Yes. Many parts are built in AUS and USA variants — bearings, bolt patterns, brake sizes and ratings differ by market. Product pages show what is available for each market.
How do you ship, and to which countries?
Sea and air freight worldwide, mainly to Australia, North America and Europe. We can ship DDP to your door or EXW/FOB from our factory — your choice.
